Yesterday I had an appointment with the PA for the neck surgeon. My X-rays look good. The healing is happening, and I am less restricted now, but cautioned to ease into my regular routine. I am still spending four hours each morning in the neck brace and bone growth stimulator (electronic collar). I won’t be completely healed for a year, but I can now begin catching up on some of the things that have been left undone. The weather will be a consideration moving forward because I can’t get back into the shop until the freezing temps go away, but I can do some yard work as weather allows. STRYMON is in marinade mode for a week or so. I will continue with these daily blogs and with preparing the monthly newsletters, so I am still writing regularly.
